A Healthy AND Delicious Fruit Dip

I don't know about you and your family, but there is something about being by the pool or on the beach that makes my kiddos EXTRA hungry.

Call it the extra sunshine or hours building sandcastels in the sand....My kids are endless pits. It doesn't matter how many sandwiches or snacks I pack, I can't feed them fast enough! 🍽

One of our fave things to eat while enjoying the outdoors is cold fruit. Even better? When that cold fruit has a yummy something to dip it in! Here is a great recipe that is made using two of my favorite essential oils (I’ll link them for you for easy ordering if you don’t have them).

✔️ ½ cup Greek Yogurt

✔️ 1 ½ TBSP Honey

✔️ 3 drops Madagascar Vanilla essential oil

✔️ 3 drops Wild Orange essential oil

Mix all the ingredients together and chill for 30 minutes. Cut up your favorite fruit, dip, and enjoy!
